Product Description

A clean room is a controlled environment used in various industries, such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and scientific research. It is designed to minimize the presence of airborne particles, contaminants, and pollutants to maintain a specific level of cleanliness

Product Specifications

50mm/80mm/100mm modular wall panels made of 0.6mm thick Pre coated GPSP sheets on both sides, 40±2 kg/m3 density PUFF as infill, extruded  GI profiles all along the periphery, GI 0 section Between two panels as interlock, flush on both sides &  filled with silicon sealant. The panels are placed on M Type Section and cold rolled galvanised C chanel as a bottom track.

Additional Features

Clean rooms are classified based on the maximum allowable particle concentration (per cubic meter) within a specified particle size range. The classification is typically defined by international standards such as ISO 14644-1. For example, ISO Class 5 clean rooms have stricter particle limits compared to ISO Class 7 clean rooms.

Application

Clean rooms are constructed to create a highly controlled environment where the concentration of airborne particles is reduced to a specified level. The primary goal is to prevent contamination of sensitive processes, equipment, or products.
