Sandwich Partition Panels
Airzon Services fabricates 50mm, 80mm, and 100mm double skin modular sandwich panels. These panels are engineered with choice cores (Polyurethane Foam - PUF, Rockwool, or EPS) to provide acoustic attenuation, thermal containment, and strict air-tight joints.
Our automated production lines ensure flat elevations, custom wire conduits, and modular ceiling interfaces built for pharmaceutical sterilization cycles.

Double-Skin Partition & Ceiling Panels
We construct progressive and non-progressive sandwich partitions to ensure maximum air tightness and zero pocket seams.
- Thickness: 50mm, 80mm, 100mm
- Coring: High-density Polyurethane Foam (PUF) or Fire-Safe Rockwool
- Coatings: Pre-painted Galvanized Iron (PPGI) or Stainless Steel (SS 304/316)
Air-Tight Swing & Sliding Doors
Airlock door systems constructed with flush view panels, hardware hinges, and automatic bottom drop-seals to prevent pressure drops.
- Seals: EPDM rubber seals for airtight boundaries
- Controls: Integrated magnetic lock interlocking controllers

Double-Skin Air Handling Units (AHUs)
Dynamic climate and air flow regulators built with high-pressure blowers, filter tracks, and thermal break frames.

- Filtration: Pre-filter (10 micron) + Microvee (3 micron) + Terminal HEPA
- BMS Sync: Microprocessor-based control systems
Static & Dynamic Pass Boxes
Airtight transfer boxes built to pass materials into clean zones without disrupting room air balances.
- Dynamic: Features built-in FFU blower units with HEPA filters
- Material: Full Stainless Steel (SS 304) construction with curved internal corners

Custom Air Handling Units (AHUs)
We construct double skin, cleanroom-grade Air Handling Units featuring anti-vibration blowers, pre-filter tracks, and final terminal HEPA adapters. Our AHUs are constructed using internal thermal breaks to prevent condensation during critical temperature mappings.
